Before we dig into CTAs on Yelp, let's first get a basic understanding of what CTAs are and how they can they can benefit your business. The acronym CTA stands for "Call-to-Action" and generally represents the key design element found on any type of marketing content (web pages, articles, graphics, business profiles etc.) that prompts and encourages the viewer to take an action that will lead to a desired outcome.
