4. SMS & Email Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number or email to Circulation Dental, you agree to receive SMS messages and emails regarding:

5. Payment & Billing

Refund Policy:

No refunds for completed services.

Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued.

Any disputes must be reported to help@circulationdental.com within 30 days of payment.

All content, branding, designs, and materials provided by Circulation Dental remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

You own all rights to your business data and marketing assets. If we create custom marketing materials for you, such as logos, social media graphics, or website content, ownership terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. AI-Generated Responses Disclaimer

Our AI-powered chatbot and automated marketing responses are designed to provide accurate information. However, these responses should not be interpreted as professional advice. Circulation Dental is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.

10. Third-Party Services

If you sign up for paid advertising through Circulation Dental, you agree to the terms and pricing associated with those platforms.
